Wire cages

Wire cages can be purchased at most farm stores. All rabbits housed in wire cages must be provided with something — other than a litter box — on which to rest their feet, such as the resting boards shown above. Wire cages are convenient housing for those buns with less that perfect litter box habits. Newspaper can be layered in the drop pan to catch stray pellets and urine.
